If you are not satisfied with your TurboKOOL, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days.  To do so, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from Bachman Enterprises, Inc.  All returns are subject to approval and to restocking fee.
